Malphrus TCI Ltd. was formed in 2004 and is currently performing marina excavation, airport construction, underground utility installation and road construction for The Turks and Caicos Sporting Club on Ambergris Cay. www.tc-sportingclub.com

Material supply is a significant challenge when working on remote islands and Malphrus International met this challenge by becoming a licensed shipping company. We own a small landing craft with shallow draft, which is perfect for shipping materials and equipment between the islands. We also lease a tug and barge, which we use to deliver materials from the Dominican Republic and Jamaica. This shipping business allows us to deliver projects on time because we have control of material deliveries. We can also handle shipping of materials for building contractors as needed.
